The accepted submissions to MTNS 2016, papers as well as extended abstracts, will be archived by the University Digital Conversancy (UDC) of the University of Minnesota in an electronic book format as the Proceedings of the International Symposium on the Mathematical Theory of Networks and Systems which will be accessible to search engines. The authors in no way transfer their copyrights to the University of Minnesota, but rather provide, by uploading their paper/abstract, a non-exclusive license with the University in order to help make the works available and provide for long-term preservation. Any contributor who prefers not to share the full text of their work, is welcome to upload instead a title with a brief abstract that will be included in the proceedings.

Full papers to be published in the MTNS 2014 (online) Proceedings must adhere to the following rules:
The length of the full paper must be between four (4) and eight (8) pages and the final version should use the template files available here;
In preparing the final version please make sure that all the comments of the reviewers are adequately addressed.
Include a maximum of 5 keywords and a maximum of 3 AMS subject classifications (see www.ams.org/mathscinet/msc/msc2010.html);
At least one of the authors must have full registration for the conference.
Extended abstracts to be included in the MTNS 2014 CDROM Proceedings must adhere to the following rules:
The length of extended abstracts must be between two (2) and four (4) pages and the final version should use the template files available here;
In preparing the final version please make sure that all the comments of the reviewers are adequately addressed;
Include a maximum of 5 keywords and a maximum of 3 AMS subject classifications (see www.ams.org/mathscinet/msc/msc2010.html);
At least one of the authors must have full registration for the conference

The presentations are scheduled between July 12th (Tuesday) to July 15th (Friday) 2016.
